After leaving Rochet-Scheneider, Theopile Scheneider founded his own automobile company in 1910, which he named after him. Initially, its range was made up of three models with four-cylinder engines and one with six.

These cars followed the Renault style of placing the radiators behind the engines.

In 1912 the model on display was born, the 14/16 HP. After the First World War production was based on this car, although it was modernized and the radiator was mounted conventionally.

In 1926, the firm's last model, the 7 hp, was released, and shortly after in 1931, this brand disappeared.
