The De Dion Bouton IW Torpedo Classic Car, also known simply as “The Torpedo,” was a high-end automobile produced by the French company De Dion Bouton between 1923 and 1925.

Among the French pioneers, the De Dion Bouton company was probably the one that moved most quickly to the industrial stage. At the beginning of the 20th century, its production was the largest, with more than 100 vehicles per month, perfectly viable. Unfortunately, the proliferation of models is to the detriment of technological progress, despite being the ones who implemented one of the first “V8” (in 1910) they quickly became obsolete at the end of the era with their 10 and 12 HP engines.

The Dion Bouton IW type is the brand's first model to benefit from a highly innovative OHV engine and aluminum pistons. It is a 1,855 cm3 4-cylinder that develops 40 HP. (10HP) and allows a maximum speed of 75 km/h. It was also the first model equipped with 4-wheel brakes.

This Classic Car De Dion Bouton IW Torpedo from 1923 is in perfect condition of conservation and maintenance. Keep the original Barcelona registration as well as all up-to-date documentation.
